We love covering South Asian weddings. Those beautiful colors and very welcoming families. I went to shoot Anni's preparation pictures at her make up artist's place in Mississauga. Anni was a beautiful bride, always with a smile and it was the delight to take her portraits. After we have finished with her preparation pictures we headed to do first look pictures of Anni and Abdullah at the Embassy Grand Convention Centre in Brampton. It is an amazing upscale venue and all their wedding pictures, as well as all family portraits, were taken at the Embassy grand grounds and the room inside. We have shot many south Asian weddings before, so we feel comfortable around the guests and pose people for their family pictures on the stage. They had live performers and the rest of reception night was filled with dancing and joy. Big credits to my videographer, Andy who did a great job with creating their video and putting highlights from their celebration a week earlier.
